If you search the reports in reporting for 'approv' you will find a couple fo reports that you can schedule to show unapproved software installations, any device found with Snagit that is not in the approved for device dropdown will appear in that report, once you have proved that, simply schedule a copy of the report to run on a regular basis, say every month, and tick the 'Don't send empty reports' option in the schedule, what that means is you will only see a report if anyone other than the approved users have the software installed. If you know which users require or are authorised to use Snagit, identify the device that they use the software on and add it to the 'Approved for Device' field in your Snagit license.
